My entire career has been dedicated to elevating the standards of how we teach, assess, and lead in learning and clinical environments. As a former Associate Dean for Assessment and Simulation & Professor of Geriatrics and Gerontology, I bring a holistic lens to medical education consulting and coaching.
As a certified leadership and performance coach, I provide a trusted and supportive space for reflection, growth, and purposeful action. My coaching conversations are designed to foster deeper self-awareness, clarify values and aspirations, and unlock the innate strengths that drive effective leadership.
